CHOCOLATE BOX: ALPINO

Peyrano's first liqueur-filled chocolate, covered by the "Trademark patent" issued in 1935 and subsequently classified as "Traditional Piedmont agri-food product".
The Alpino filling is made from a unique blend of flavours, and the secret recipe is stored in the Peyrano laboratory in Turin.
This chocolate is one of Turin's historical symbols, wrapped in its silver cup that hides a crisp chocolate coating.
The silver wrappers are placed in special moulds which are filled with dark chocolate and cooled down while still dripping to create a thin, tasty shell.
The liqueur cream is then carefully poured into the individual cups and coated with the same chocolate used earlier.
Unmistakable and inimitable, Alpino is perfect for lovers of great classics and for the most innovative palates.

Store in a cool, dry place at 18° - 20°C and 50% humidity. Enjoy at room temperature.

Sugar, cocoa, Piedmont P.G.I.* hazelnuts, alcohol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), Bourbon vanilla beans, natural flavors, salt. It may contain traces of milk or derivatives, nuts: almonds, walnuts, pistachios.
