CHOCOLATES BOX: GIANDUJOTTO ESTRUSO
The Giandujotto Estruso represents the tradition of Giandujotto chocolates prepared in ancient stone mills, following an over 100-year-old recipe.
Unlike its close relative, the Giandujotto, the "Estruso" chocolate is poured directly onto plates, without the aid of moulds.
Its main ingredients are Ecuadorian cocoa and PGI*-certified Piedmont hazelnuts in almost equal quantities, in order to keep the chocolate compact.
Each Giandujotto has an irregular shape, but they are all united by the unmistakable taste of Piedmont tradition.
